BHO Qualification: Graduation degree in Horticulture Science (Bsc. Horti.)/Agriculture Science (B.Sc. Ag.) from any recognized Agriculture University/Institute.

Note:- (i) The number of posts may increase or decrease due to amendment in the requisition received from the requesting department.

2. Pay Scale:- 25500-81100/- Pay Matrix Pay Level-4

3. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture/Agriculture Science from a recognized Agricultural University/Institute. Graduation degree in Horticulture Science (Bsc. Horti.)/Agriculture Science (B.Sc. Ag.) from any recognized Agriculture University/ Institute.

4. Age Limit - Minimum 21 years and maximum 37 years for unreserved (male) as on 01.08.2023, Backward Class / Extremely Backward Class (male and female) and Unreserved female - 40 years and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (male and female) - 42 years.

But the duly employed and working contract workers will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit for regular appointment under direct recruitment on the same post for the number of years they have worked in the Government of Bihar or a non-private institution located within the state of Bihar (e.g. India of contracts in government, municipal body, panchayat etc.

Must have worked on similar post on regular basis, not exceeding maximum 60 years as on 01.08.2023.

(i) Resolution Memorandum No. 2374, dated 16.07.2007 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms, Bihar and General Administration Department

In the light of Resolution Memorandum No. 22218, dated 12.12.2022, such government servants of Bihar Government (regular

formally appointed Government servants) who have completed three years of continuous service in the service/cadre of the higher pay scale.

Relaxation of 05 (five) years in the maximum age limit is admissible for going, but during the period of relaxation of the said age limit

They will be allowed to appear in the competitive examination only if they have not availed a maximum of 05 (five) chances. In case of a Government servant of Bihar Government claiming relaxation in age limit, it will be mandatory to submit a certificate issued by the competent authority, in which it should be clearly mentioned that the candidate has completed three years of continuous service in the Government of Bihar. (ii) In the light of General Administration Department's Resolution Memorandum No. 22218, dated 12.12.2022, the maximum limit for appearing in the competitive examinations conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission for the government servants of Bihar Government during their entire service period after joining service. A total of 05 (five) chances will be considered only. above mentioned

The counting of the prescribed five opportunities will start from the date of issue of the resolution. consumption tax in advance

The opportunities taken will be ignored haphazardly.
